The Savannah – Rambler

This plan features a traditional look and efficient layout. At its heart is a large great room with kitchen, island and large dining nook. The Savannah also features a spacious master suite with the master bath having a large tub and walk-in shower. Two additional bedrooms are located near the front of the home; one can be converted to a formal study if desired. The laundry and half bath are located just off of the garage.
